11 Ways To Know Things People Won’t Say Out Loud

There are some things you simply never want to say to anyone. You don’t want to hurt anyone intentionally or unintentionally. What is said is said, one can’t take his words back. People keep such comments and remarks in their hearts because they don’t want to damage other people. No matter how strong you are, there will be certain phases where you want to speak out loud but you won’t for the sake of people. Understanding people’s feeling is one of the greatest acts of kindness.

11. It’s Not Fair:

Everyone is aware of the fact that life isn’t fair. If you think that life should be fair to you, then you’re totally immature. If you don’t want to make yourself look like this you need to stay consistent. You need to work hard and improve your skills. Learn to love the life you didn’t choose.

Sometimes you want to share your ideas and thoughts with others but you don’t. You think that if you’re wrong, people will make fun of you. Saying “this is the way it’s always been done” not only makes you sound lazy and resistant, it could make you wonder why you haven’t tried to improve things on your own.

If someone asks you to do something or thanks you for doing so, you tell the other person that there’s “no problem”. This shows that his request has been a problem.  This shows people have imposed something on you. All you need to do is show other people that you’re happy. Say something like ‘My pleasure”. It brings a positive effect on the  other person.

When you say such kind of words it shows lack of confidence in you. It makes people think that you’re speaking to lose confidence in yourself. There’s no need to be your own worst critic. If you’re not confident for what you’re saying, no one else will be either. And if you really don’t know something just say I don’t have that information right now, but as soon as I’ll get to know I’ll let you know.

7. This Will Only Take A Minute:

Sometime it just takes a minute to say something and leave your impression on others. There’s no need to fear if it will take 60 minutes be honest and tell the truth. Don’t say false words when you know that you can’t fulfill your work on time.

If you can’t do some task say it. Don’t just confuse yourself by saying I’ll try. You know how much you’re capable of doing something. If you’re asked to do something, either commit to doing it or offer an alternative, but don’t say that you’ll try. Do the task if you can.

There’s no need to pass comments on other people. If your remark is accurate, everybody already knows it, so there’s no need to highlight it and if your comment is inaccurate, you’re the one who ends up looking like a jerk. There will always be rude, arrogant, idiots and jerks everywhere. Try to help those people instead of passing remarks.

4. That’s Not My Job:

If someones ask you to do something don’t ever say that it’s not my job. Instead of saying that, try to help the other person. When you’re done with it, discuss it with other people that this topic is simply not of my interest. Convince them later. It develops an understanding between you and the other person.

There’s no need to lie if you’re wrong on it. Try to face it, there’s no need to make excuses.  Stick to your facts and let the other person discuss and bring out the solution that who should be blamed. The moment you start pointing fingers in the moment, people start seeing you as someone who lacks confidence. Don’t blame others.

People hate to hear “I can’t” because they think it means I won’t. If you can’t do some task because you don’t have the skills to do it, you need to give an alternative solution then. Instead of saying I can’t do, say I can and I will. Be confident and strong enough to take responsibility of doing things.

Understanding people is simply impossible. Everyone is different and unique in their own way. Everyone hates something. Try to say these things loud. People don’t say it loud but you need to speak up for your betterment and future.
