The crocodile hunter hosted by Steve Irwin, from 1996 to 2006 provided wildlife lovers the fascinating scenes of the deadliest creatures. It became the world’s famous show and all gratitude goes to Steve Irwin Death who possessed the passion for wildlife and it’s preservation.
But here’s the kicker for Steve Irwin’s Death:
He tragically lost his life when an unexpected attack came from a sea animal, Stingray, which was supposed to swim away but instead it’s attack proved to be fatal for Irwin. Steve Irwin passed away on 4th September 2006, in Queensland, Australia.

The Crocodile Hunter, famed for putting himself in danger for the sake of his work died by getting attacked by a Stingray, in what can only be described as a horrible accident. The tragedy of Steve Irwin’s death haunts us to this day.
According to the only witness to Steve Irwin’s death, Justin Lyons, who had been a cameraman filming with Steve, Justin came face to face with a large stingray and decided to go down and film Steve Irwin with the creature.

That was their fatal mistake, as it led later to Steve Irwin’s death, because when they reached the Springray again, the creature, which is known to usually to be docile, attacked Steve with its tail and managed to puncture his heart.

Justin said that
“It was stabbing wildly with its tail” he even commented that it must have been “A hundred sticks a second”.
The entire crew initially thought that the stingray had punctured his lung but as they started to make their way back to the main vessel, the extent of his injuries became clear. Steve Irwin’s death was upon them. Justin comments that he tried his best to comfort Steve,
“He was in extraordinary pain . . . The damage to his heart was massive,”
Justin said,
“I was saying to him things like, ‘Think of your kids, Steve, hang on, hang on, hang on.’ He calmly looked up at me and said, ‘I’m dying.’ And that was the last thing he said . . . those were his final words.”
Justin continued performing CPR but when they arrived at the nearby Low Isles, Steve was pronounced dead. Justin later went on to say that he had always had a feeling that something weird would lead to Steve Irwin’s death because he had a habit of never thinking of his safety.
“It was probably always going to be something weird with Steve . . . it would always be a crazy, silly accident,” he said. “And as it turns out that’s exactly what it was.”
