Eye bags are not only annoying and ugly but they also make you look older than your actual age. Under eye bags are also known as puffy eyes that you usually get due to sleeplessness, stress, allergies and way too much drinking and partying. Sometimes these puffy eyes are too apparent that even the most expensive concealers can’t cover them.

With the high rate of developing technologies, there are various spas, massage salons that provide treatments for eye bags. However, these can be really expensive on the pocket too. In this article, we will share some of the most natural and inexpensive ways with which you can cure your under eye bags at the comfort of your home.

9. Avoid Salt:

Research says adding too much salt in your food is one of the most common reasons of getting under eye bags. Salt makes your body lose more water than usual. This is why you feel so bloated most of the time. This is true not only for your entire body but for the eyes as well. Eliminating salt from your daily food might be difficult but it is true that it has some really effective health and beauty benefits. Make sure you read the ingredients before buying packaged food. And if you really do crave salt then I have an amazing hack for you to stay hydrated and fresh all day long.

Pro Tip: Take some lukewarm water and add salt to it. Stir the mixture well. Now, wash your eyes a few times with this water.  You can also soak cotton balls in the solution and let them rest on your eyes to get better results.

8. Blink Your Eyes:

This might sound strange to you, but its true. The time when youare in deep sleep or during the REM period of your sleep, you blink a lot less than usual. Blinking is a natural way for your eyes to keep you hydrated, protect your eyes from dirt and debris and retain the fluid around your eyes. Repetitive eye bags could suggest that you are not blinking enough. To keep your eyes safe, blink rapidly for 30 seconds when you wake up. You will see effective benefits in no time.

Another major reason why people face frequent eye bags is that they are not hydrated enough. Drinking lots of water is not only good for your eyes but it also makes your skin glow. Most people prefer drinking juices and soft drinks instead of water but they cannot work the way crystal water works wonders in your body.

Pro Tip: If you can’t keep track of the amount of water you drink, then here is a pro tip for you. Set an alarm for every alternate hour that reminds you to drink water. You can also keep a water bottle to carry with you all times to ensure you drink clean water always.

When people talk about wide hips in the context of childbirth they are usually referring to a wider ilium. During childbirth, it is the hole in the middle of the pelvic bone that counts and it can be big or small irrelevant of the size of the hips.
